So there is a new restaurant in the city of Brecksville which opened up last year around August. I was excited to learn about this after I had been through my first year of having reversed my chronic condition. They serve foods that are gluten free, dairy free, and come from local source farms. Since I was looking for another option as I was just in my first year after reversing my chronic condition and was involved in a study program for Functional Medicine, I decided to give this place a try. Now Kathleen Madden and Paul Jantzen do have a very welcoming approach in their restaurant with all of the customers that come in to visit this charming place.
